Refund policy
At Olvene Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging (including any gift boxes or pouches).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Quality is our priority. If your jewelry arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at olvenejewelry@gmail.com. within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at olvenejewelry@gmail.com.

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label. We will provide you with the specific return address for our fulfilment centre.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, all earring sales are final unless they arrive defective.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or final sale event.

Personalised Jewellery: Custom-made or engraved pieces.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at olvenejewelry@gmail.com.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
